I visited this practice to fix several issues I have in my teeth sometime around June/July 2022. The first visit for my routine yearly checkup and comprehensive treatment plan went well. To fix one of the several issues, to get the appointment, I was asked to pay around $2000 in advance, which I paid and received the treatment. I asked why I need to pay in advance, why don't they charge my dental insurance companies. They said, they will file claims, once they receive the payments, I will get the refund. I agreed and went ahead with the treatment. At the end of the treatment, I wanted to fix my second issue in my teeth. For that, again I was asked to pay $2400 to get the appointment. Since my credit card didn't have enough credit, I told I would call and fix the appointment once I have enough credit. After a couple of weeks, I got a call from them saying, I have around $1200 credit, and have an appointment on a particular day, which tooth you want to go next. It was a surprise to me, because I did not ask for any appointment around the date they mentioned, and the credit amount should be around $2000 instead of $1200. I highly recommend Dr. Bouali and the team at Fresh Dental. Going to the dentist has never been my favorite thing, but Dr. Bouali took the time to sit down with me and thoroughly discuss my options. He didn’t make me feel rushed or pressured into treatment. Instead, he explained the short-term and long-term outcomes, the pros and cons of each option, and answered all of my questions honestly.What stood out most was his transparency and genuine care. It felt like he was focused on what was best for me, not just getting the work done. The staff at Fresh Dental are equally welcoming and professional. It’s not easy to find a dental office with this level of honesty, patience, and customer care. 5/5 RECOMMEND!

Mouth guard - had to return twice as it cause ringing in my ears - dentist male no longer there and it took 3 visits to get it right. Had a root canal was 3 hours with a dentist who is no longer there. She never asked how I was doing or updated why so long. 2026 gum infection. First it was never connected that the gums were infected around a tooth they suspected was cracked (which they told me after they treated me with dental trays instead of antibiotic.). I waited 3 weeks for the trays and used them for a month. I kept asking why no oral antibiotic. They said gel directly on gums was better. Periodontist prescribed me antibiotic and infection was gone in 2 days. Unfortunately, the tooth is cracked and will be removed. I should have been referred as soon as they suspected the crack. My experience is they upsell everything. Mouth guard. Mouth trays rather than oral antibiotic. Tried to sell me invisilign and other products. Office staff and techs were great. Dentists were not.

The best dentist I ever been to. I told them I want my smile back and they did just that. The team is great and they explain the process at every appointment

I must say I am very pleased with the staff. They are patient and treat me with care as my nerves get the best of me. They always make sure that I’m comfortable and I really appreciate it. Thank you guys so much. Linda is amazing
